360 Reward Scheme

We believe to succeed it takes a team effort. The ‘360 Reward Scheme’ aims to incentivise and reward every member of the ActiveMe 360 team, regardless of what position you hold within the company.

It’s broken down into two performance areas – company and individual.

At the end of each financial year, a maximum of 12% of the company’s net profit will be made available for a reward to be shared amongst the team. This 12% is determined by the company performance in achieving its quarterly and annual goals.

To reward individual performance, each team member can receive a maximum of 3% of their total pay for the financial year. This is determined by meeting or exceeding your personal quarterly and annual goals.

Certified Real Living Wage employer

In keeping with our aims as a social enterprise, it has always been our ambition to not only invest in and care for our communities, but also the people who make ActiveMe 360 what it is. We have committed to ensuring everyone over the age of 18 who works for ActiveMe 360 receives at least the real living wage, different from minimum Government pay rates and independently certified by the Real Living Wage Foundation. This means our pay is also 20% higher than the industry average.

Private Medical Insurance

ActiveMe 360 is built on our 3 wellbeing pillars, physical, mental, and social. Collectively, we are on a mission to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone we engage through our services. As a business, we know that we are at our best when our team are at their best. That’s why we invest in Private Medical Insurance (PMI) through the Vitality Programme.
