Choose Your Own Adventure - Our May Half Term Adventure Camps are waiting for you!

Active Holidays

Make May Half Term Unforgettable!

May half term is short – but it can still be unforgettable. This year, we’re turning four days into a world of adventures at Swanmore College (Swanmore), Toynbee School (Eastleigh), Colden Common Junior School (Colden Common) and Ludlow Primary School (Southampton).

Children can choose their own adventure from our: high‑energy football camp, mission‑based multi‑sports camp, magical mini campers or a K‑Pop Demon Hunters performing arts or 3SIXTY Dance camps. Each experience blends fun with purpose, giving children chances to build skills, make friends and grow in confidence while they play.

We’ve designed May Half Term as a focused, purpose‑led holiday: four days, four venues, and carefully themed camps that are so much more than “just another holiday club”.

Adventure 1: Play Like a Pro – Football Camp

For children who live and breathe football, our Play Like a Pro holiday programme lets them train like a pro, play with their friends across four themed days.

Players are grouped by age (5–7, 8–10, 11–12) with a dedicated coach all day, so they’re known, encouraged and challenged at the right level.

Each day has a clear focus: getting comfortable on the ball, attacking like a pro, defending and working as a team, and finally bringing it all together in a festival‑style tournament day.

Throughout the week, children experience:

  • Structured technical sessions built around current high‑profile players they recognise and admire.
  • Small‑sided games and match play that keep everyone involved and moving.
  • A daily “Choose Your Pro” wall, where they pick a player to model, identify that player’s strengths, and then try those ideas on the pitch.

For parents, that means four days of visible progress: better ball control, smarter decisions, more confidence and a team environment that celebrates effort, kindness and resilience as much as goals.

Football camps will be held at:

Swanmore College (Swanmore) & Toynbee School (Eastleigh)

Adventure 2: Adventure Academy – Multi-Sports Missions & Mini-Campers!

Our Adventure Academy multi‑sports camp turns each day into a mission. The tagline says it all: “4 Days. 4 Missions. Endless Adventure.”

Children become Adventure Agents, joining expedition teams and working through daily missions like Exploration, Skills & Survival, Team Quest and Ultimate Adventure.

Across the four days they will:

  • Try a mix of sports and activities – from football and dodgeball to athletics‑style challenges and tag games.
  • Build core skills like resilience, communication, leadership and fair play.
  • Earn daily badges – Explorer, Skill Builder, Team Leader, and finally the master Adventure Agent badge on Festival of Sport day.

For mini campers (aged 4 and in Reception at school), we run a mini-friendly, age and stage‑appropriate version of the Adventure Academy, the same missions and sense of discovery, but tailored to younger bodies and minds.

Mini Campers is also free of charge! So why not give them a half term they’ll never stop talking about!

For parents, Adventure Academy offers a broad, mixed‑ability friendly environment where children try new things, grow in confidence and discover what they’re good at, all in an outdoor, screen‑free setting.

Multi-sports camps and Mini-Campers Camps will be held at:

Swanmore College (Swanmore), Toynbee School (Eastleigh), Colden Common Junior School (Colden Common) and Ludlow Primary School (Southampton).

Adventure 3: K‑Pop Demon Hunters – Performing Arts & Dance

Back by popular demand, our Performing Arts and 3SIXTY Dance Academy camps return with the K‑Pop Demon Hunters theme. A high‑energy blend of dance, story and performance.

Over four days, children will:

  • Learn K‑pop‑inspired routines and character work.
  • Build their own story progression and go on KPOP inspired adventures
  • Build a cast‑and‑crew mentality where everyone has a role, on stage or behind the scenes.
  • Work towards an informal showcase (Swanmore College Camp only) for families, turning a school hall into a stage.

This camp sits naturally under “Choose Your Adventure”, children are heroes in their own story, using music, movement and imagination to save the day. Parents see a confidence‑building experience where shy children step up, energetic children have a positive outlet, and everyone practises teamwork, discipline and self‑expression. For those that attended K-POP Demon Hunters with us over Easter, the Adventure evolves and new challenges, dances and stories will be brought to life!

Our Performing Arts Camp will be held at:

Swanmore College (Swanmore)

Our 3SIXTY Dance Camp will be held at:

Toynbee School (Eastleigh)

Why Our Camps Are More Than “Just Childcare”

Across every camp, we’ve built May Half Term around purpose, premise and imagination:

  • A clear structure that helps children set goals and see progress in just four days, but also across single days. They don’t need to be there for the whole week to get the value.
  • Consistent routines and values that help them feel safe and part of something.
  • Themed missions, pros and storylines that keep them engaged, boost independence and create memories they’ll talk about for weeks.

For parents, that means a holiday that works both ways: children get adventure, friendship and fun; you get peace of mind, meaningful development and tired, happy kids at the end of each day.
