Important changes to HAF bookings in Hampshire

HAF Bookings in Hampshire from Summer 2026

From Summer 2026, there will be a change to how families book Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) places with ActiveMe 360 in Hampshire. (Please note this does not impact those under Portsmouth or Southampton Local Authorities)

Hampshire County Council is introducing a new booking system called EEQU, and all HAF bookings for Hampshire will now be managed through this platform. This means you will no longer book HAF places via the ActiveMe 360 website – instead, you’ll use the new EEQU system.

We’re still here, and we’ll still be running the same fun, highquality HAF holiday camps your children know and enjoy – only the booking process is changing.

Who does this change apply to?

These changes apply to families living in areas covered by Hampshire County Council.

If you live in an area covered by a different local authority (for example Southampton, Portsmouth or another county council), your HAF booking process will be different. Please check your local council’s website or contact us at [email protected] for more information.

Key dates for Summer 2026

  • From 29 May 2026 – you can start to register your interest in ActiveMe 360 HAF camps for Summer via EEQU:
    Register your interest: https://eequ.org/activeme360cic
  • From 22 June 2026 – HAF bookings open for Summer 2026. At this point, you’ll be able to confirm and finalise your child’s place through EEQU.

We recommend registering your interest as early as possible and then booking as soon as bookings open, as spaces can fill quickly.

What’s changing?

  • New booking system: Hampshire County Council has moved to an external booking system called EEQU for all HAF bookings from Summer 2026.
  • No bookings via ActiveMe 360 website: You will no longer use the ActiveMe 360 website to make, amend or cancel HAF bookings.
  • Bookings managed through Hampshire County Council: HAF bookings (including discretionary places) will now be verified and managed directly by Hampshire County Council rather than by ActiveMe 360.

The aim of this change is to make the HAF booking process simpler and more consistent across all providers in Hampshire.

What’s staying the same?

  • ActiveMe 360 will still run HAF camps. We will continue to deliver the same exciting HAF holiday programmes, activities and sessions for eligible children and young people during Easter, Summer and Christmas.
  • Discretionary places will still be available for eligible families – but these will now be managed by Hampshire County Council rather than directly through ActiveMe 360.

So, although the booking journey looks a little different, the activities, quality and support you receive from our team remain the same.
