Mission Partner
connect4communities is funded by the government’s £170 million COVID Winter Grant Scheme, which aims to provide direct assistance to households particularly affected by the pandemic, especially families with children. The funding is to help people with the cost of food, energy and water bills.
ActiveMe 360 is an approved provider of the Department for Educations ‘Holiday Activities and Food Programme’ (HAF) in Hampshire, providing funded enriching holiday activities and healthy food to disadvantaged children in Hampshire.

Mission Partner
Southampton City Council is responsible for the city’s ‘Holiday Activities and Food Programme’ (HAF) during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays. Funded by the Department for Education, the programme provides 48,000 free holiday provision places across the city, including nutritious food and enriching activities, for children aged 5-16 who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals.
ActiveMe 360 is an approved hub provider in the city at St. Mary’s Primary School in the heart of Southampton.

Mission Partner
With an aim to tackle the climate emergency and create a greener district, Winchester City Council are committed to support residents to lead healthy and fulfilled lifestyles. The ambition is to reduce health inequalities, increase active travel, physical and cultural activities.
The Sport & Physical Activity team have partnered with ActiveMe 360 to develop sport across the district and provide regular opportunities for children, young people, and families to become and remain active.
Social Impact Partner
Ecologi are a Bristol based company that have planted over 25 million trees and funded some of the best gold standard carbon reduction projects that are able to evidence that they are reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Like us, they’re a social enterprise who are committed to investing 85% of funds received directly into these climate saving projects. From January 1st 2022 and every month following, the team record their mileage. Every quarter, we then purchase the relevant number of trees through Ecologi, to offset this carbon footprint.

In keeping with our aims as a social enterprise, it has always been our ambition to not only invest in and care for our communities, but also the people who make ActiveMe 360 what it is.
Becoming a real living wage employer means that we have committed to ensuring everyone over the age of 18 who works for ActiveMe 360 receives at least the real living wage, calculated and based on what people need to live, taking into account multiple factors that the Government calculation doesn’t.
Mission Partner
Our partnership with Energise Me and The Agency started when we began supporting Christine Ngo Souhe, the creator of Cultural Kidz Afrobeats. Cultural Kidz is an afrobeat dance workshop for primary school children that celebrates African culture and gives children the chance to share their African heritage with their peers.
The Agency is an exciting youth social entrepreneurship programme run by Energise Me in the Northam, Newtown and Golden Grove area of Southampton. It exists to empower the young people of our country and to create the change that they want to see in their communities.
