Our response to COVID-19 to keep everyone safe
We are delighted to be welcoming you onto our Active Holiday Camps, we can’t wait to see you!
Due to the ongoing UK wide measures to combat COVID-19, our camps will run a little differently to what you have been used to before with us. We continue to work hard to put plans in place to ensure a safe, fun and positive experience with us on our camps. From February 2021 this includes all of our Team onsite being tested for COVID-19 twice a week.
To support us in achieving our objectives we will require your continued support and patience. Our plans will continue to be reviewed, and we will do our best to meet the high standards we set ourselves, but if for any reason we don’t, please do not hesitate to let us know or speak with our team.
Below you will find all the key information for our camps, including how we are making our camps safe, site maps to show drop-off/collection points and our our one-way flow, plus other useful information that will ensure you are ready to attend our camps.
If your child or someone in their support bubble displays any symptoms of Coronavirus/COVID-19 they will be unable to attend our camps. Please do not bring your child to the provision under any circumstances if this is the case.
If someone on our camps displays symptoms of Coronavirus/COVID-19 they will be immediately placed in isolation under the care of one of our team until they are collected by a parent/guardian. We will then provide further information to that child’s parent/guardian and the parents/guardians of any child who has been in contact with that person on what to do next, ensuring PHE guidance is followed.
NHS COVID-19 Track & Trace App
In line with Government guidance our Active Holiday Camp venues and courses are registered with NHS Track and Trace. This means on arrival at our camps, as well as signing your children in with our team we will ask you to ‘check in’ using the NHS Track and Trace App. You will do this by scanning the QR code through the app which will be available at each of our sign in locations.
Please note, we strongly advise parents use this procedure to support us in running a safe camp, if you do not use this process your sign in to our camps will likely take longer. Thank you in advance for your support with this.

Please note – To support our COVID-SAFE operation please do not wear the same clothing on another day without it first being washed.
"Bubble" System in operation
To support our ‘COVID-SAFE’ operation, and comply with Government and PHE guidance, when signing in your children they will be allocated a bubble for their time with us.
Each bubble will have a lead coach who will be assigned to the bubble for the full duration of our camp.
Important Notice – Due to the high number children attending we have lots of requests for friends and/or extended family to be in the same bubble on the camp. Whilst we fully understand the reasons, it will be impossible for us to accommodate every request without compromising the safety and wellbeing of everyone attending our camps. If children are not in the same bubble as friends and/or extended family upon sign in, and would like to be, please speak with a member of our team. We will then review any requests and do our best to accommodate them if it is possible to do so.
Our first priority will continue to be the safety of everyone attending our camps in these unprecedented times. We still guarantee a brilliant time with us!
