Every week, we run community sessions to provide further opportunity for children and young people to explore their passions.

Overview

Our sessions provide the perfect opportunity for children and young people to explore their passions further and take their skills to the next level. 

We’re pleased to offer free taster sessions so you can make sure the session you choose is right for you, before you commit to a full term!

Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics community sessions are a great way to keep children active throughout the week. Each week, our coaches will set up progressive stations to help build the children’s strength, flexibility and balance to better perform a range of skills.

For example:

  • floor skills- rolls, bridges, handstands and cartwheels
  • vaulting
  • balance beam
  • group routines
  • using equipment and props like ribbons and hoops
  • class displays at the end of each term

We cater for all ability levels and the ultimate goal of each session is to have fun.

The coaches delivering the programme are all qualified and experienced, including holding valid DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications. Children will be introduced to a range of gymnastics skills, perfect for beginners and those children who just want to experience something new, be active and have fun in a safe, positive and inclusive environment.
