Overview
According to the Mental Health Foundation 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 10% of children and young people (aged 5-16 years) have a clinically diagnosable mental problem with 70% of children and adolescents who experience mental health problems have not had appropriate interventions at a sufficiently early age.
With the Mini Me Yoga program, you do not have to add to your workload, you can embed the techniques into the school day, use it as part of the PE curriculum (an alternative sport!) or perhaps hold a breakfast or after school yoga club for your pupils.

About the training
In our 2-hour CPD accredited foundation training course, we delve deeper into the theory and practical elements, understanding why we use specific techniques and how they provide many benefits to both physical and emotional wellbeing. Learn programmes which you can deliver in a variety of ways; Stand-alone yoga/meditation sessions, as part of PE provision, small group interventions or techniques to use on a 1:1 basis.
With all courses, you will receive your own set of resources so that you can get started straight away! You’ll also receive a CPD certificate.
Please note you DO NOT need any previous yoga experience to take part in this training.
It’s easy to learn, easy to implement and training in the foundation course only takes a couple of hours to complete.
