Event Coordinator
You will have your own event coordinator from our Active Schools team, they will be your main point of contact and be responsible for overseeing your event from start to finish.
Discovery Meeting
Our aim is to meet your needs by planning and delivering a bespoke day. To achieve this it will be important to have a pre-event meeting with key people at your school to set the vision and goals.
Planning
Our package includes a full operational plan for your day, from activities to layout and staffing, we will make sure it is a smooth and successful day.
Training for your team.
Your school team will be expected to support the day, we will ensure they have the resources and training to make it a success.
Activity overview & map
All sports day activities, traditional and new, will come with an overview and travel plan map to ensure a smooth operation.
Additional support
On the day, your package includes your event coordinator and one other member of our team, we can provide optional additional team members to support in running the day.
